How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our standard products ship within 1-3 business days. Custom-built holsters typically have a lead time of 5-10 business days as they are handcrafted to your specific configuration.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your holster, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a different model. Please note that custom orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are Black Arch Holsters covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a limited lifetime warranty. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will repair or replace any holster that fails due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear.
How do I care for and maintain my hybrid holster?
To maintain the leather backing, we recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner occasionally. For the Kydex shell, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove any debris or sweat.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please check your local laws regarding the importation of holsters before ordering.
Can I adjust the retention on my holster?
Absolutely. Most of our holsters feature adjustable retention screws, allowing you to customize the draw tension to your personal preference using a standard Phillips-head screwdriver.
